TAXONOMY TABLE
Using Bloom's Taxonomy I was to link my online course learning objectives to assessment tools which are suitable in that learning environment. I was to include if possible an objective from each level of learning according to Bloom, moving up the hierarchy:
The Taxonomy I created is for a mock online class on communication on the Underground Railroad. The class is meant for junior high level students. The Social Studies module presented is the final module activity, a culmination of 6-8 weeks studying slavery, the inculturation in both the North and the South, using online interactive maps provided by the National Park Service, take an interactive journey with National Geographic,
and finally have the opportunity to make a quilt block after researching the meaning of several quit blocks and their use on the UGRR. My Taxonomy is found below.
- Knowledge
- Comprehension
- Application
- Analysis
- Synthesis
- Evaluation
